Returns & Exchanges
- One-time return or exchange is allowed within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Items received through an exchange order cannot be returned or exchanged again.
After 2 Days
- Requests raised after 2 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please raise a request within 2 days of delivery.
- Requests after this period will not be considered.
Return Pickup & Self-Shipping
- If pickup is not available at your PIN code, you may self-ship the product.
- Shipping charges will be reimbursed up to ₹100, subject to receipt submission.
Combo Orders & Discounts
- For combo or multi-item orders, refunds are calculated based on the individual item value, not the combo price.
- Discounts will be revised according to the number of items retained.
Exchanges with Lower Value Products
- Exchange is allowed with an item of equal or lower value.
- Any price difference will be refunded to your bank account or UPI after delivery.
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
- Pre-shipment cancellations: Refunds processed within 4–7 business days.
- Returned items: Refund initiated within 4–7 business days after inspection.
- COD refunds require UPI or bank details.
Important Notes
- Customers must hand over only approved items during pickup.
- Please collect the pickup receipt as proof.
- Kaftanwalaa is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect handover or assumptions made without prior communication.
