Exchange Policy

We offer exchange support in the following cases:

  • Wrong size received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Quality concern

  • Color variation concern

  • Product not as expected

  • Style or fit issue

Free Exchange Eligibility

Exchange may be available without extra product charges subject to policy conditions.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused

  • Unwashed and unworn

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Original packaging should be intact

  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Important: Size exchange is allowed one time per product only.

All exchange products are subject to quality inspection after reaching our facility.


Return Policy

We offer a 48-hour return window from delivery.

To qualify for return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Product must be in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Product should not be altered, worn or damaged by customer

Returns not meeting quality standards may be rejected.


Refund Policy (Prepaid Orders)

For prepaid orders, refunds can be processed after applicable deductions:

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Reverse pickup / return handling charges may apply as per policy.

  • Standard reverse pickup charge: ₹150 for first product + ₹50 for each additional product in same return.

Store Credit Option
Customers may choose Store Credit instead of refund.

  • Full eligible approved amount may be issued as store credit.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases.


Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, monetary refunds are generally not applicable.

Only Store Credit or Exchange may be offered for eligible approved returns.


Partial Return on Discounted Orders

If your order was placed under a quantity-based discount, combo offer or promotional pricing, and part of the order is returned:

  • Discount eligibility may be recalculated.

  • Refund may be adjusted according to revised applicable pricing.


Reverse Pickup Policy

We may arrange reverse pickup where service is available.

Important Reverse Pickup Terms:

  • Reverse pickup attempts may be arranged up to two times.

  • If pickup is unsuccessful after attempts due to customer-side reasons, customer may need to self-ship return.

  • In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, self-shipping may be required.


Return & Refund Process

Once return request is approved:

Step 1 – Return pickup arranged or self-shipping initiated
Step 2 – Product received at warehouse
Step 3 – Quality inspection completed
Step 4 – Refund, exchange or store credit processed

Estimated process timelines:

  • 7–10 working days return transit

  • 2–4 working days quality check

  • 2–4 working days refund/exchange processing

Overall process may take 12–15 business days.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in cases such as:

  • Used or washed products

  • Missing tags or damaged packaging

  • Return request after allowed window

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Customized or special made-to-order products (if applicable)

  • Products failing quality inspection
