Free Shipping & Pan India Delivery

We offer Free Shipping and Free Delivery across India on all Prepaid & COD orders. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

We ship through Shiprocket using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, India Post and other reputed logistics partners based on serviceability and fastest delivery availability. All shipments are handled with proper care and tracking support.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, courier partners may contact you before delivery. If unavailable during delivery, you may coordinate re-delivery with the courier partner or collect from their nearby hub when possible.

Order Processing, Split Shipments & Delivery Notes

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days from order placement.

  • Delivery after dispatch generally takes 5–8 working days depending on pin code.

  • Multiple products in one order may sometimes be shipped separately.

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, remote locations, public holidays or unforeseen courier issues.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customer unavailability at delivery.

  • In rare cases of stock unavailability or backorder, customers will be informed.

Reverse Pickup / Return Pickup Charges

If a customer creates a return request requiring reverse pickup, the following pickup charges apply:

Return Pickup Charges:

  • ₹150 for first product

  • ₹50 extra for each additional product in the same return request

Example:
1 Product Return = ₹150
2 Product Return = ₹200
3 Product Return = ₹250

If reverse pickup service is available in your location, the amount may be adjusted from refund amount where applicable.

In some locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customer may be requested to self-ship the return.
